以前问过一个熟悉的，当时是这样说的如果你能都露出来，或者说能用手翻出来不是很影响时间的话。他给的建议就是不要。有些过长但不影响的做过之后出现了一些不是很好的反馈。不过这个是一个概率问题，并不是医疗事故。反正有好有坏就看愿不愿意承担风险了。38了说实话，用不着。割了那段时间还不能收到刺激何苦为难自己。
