楼主整体结构和思路非常清晰，就是妻子死后对肇事者周筱的报复和复仇。整篇文章都围绕这个中心来写，同时首尾呼应。但是读起来的感觉确实如4楼所说，有很大的怨气。感觉单纯是以报复和虐待周筱作为主要目的，而忽略了色和肉。惩罚效果达到了，但是读者也硬不起来了。

对周筱这个角色可以增加一些心理上的描写，或是通过行为暗示心理变化，目前读起来感觉一下就从正常反应变成崩溃了，过程没有怎么描写。另外周筱一个富家千金，撞死人之后已经把官司摆平了，怎么还会一眼把苦主认出来，这不太合理。看看开端里的司机王兴德，和公交车公司闹了这么久，去面试的时候还是没被认出来。

总之楼主的结构搭设的很完整，但是其中的细节可以再丰满一些，同时增加一些肉戏，期待更完美的作品。
