[求医问药] 为啥欧美的没有包皮系带

关于这个包系带学术界一直有争议，就是关于它的作用，但双方一直都没有特别有力的证据来证明自己的观点。但欧美片里的没有包皮系带这个事还真没注意，现在回想一下估计也就是短的原因吧，既然对这个东西没有很深入的了解还是不动的好，毕竟割下去了就没法再接回，还是小心为妙！
