有可能服务器不稳定，有可能那段时间论坛访问量比较大，也有可能论坛遭到攻击等等。。
多准备几个论坛的地址，换着使用。或者挂代理登陆论坛
一般情况下过段时间就会好的，可以耐心等待！
像我昨晚上论坛就慢的厉害，一觉醒来，同样的地址再上论坛快的不得了，呵呵
